More emphasis put on run game
Sunday’s practice, the third of training camp, increased the level of physical play with shoulder pads going on for the first time.
The revamped offensive line held its own in individual run-blocking drills against the defensive line.
“It was a valuable lesson for them to see how much power they have,” Jaguars coach Gus Bradley said. “You saw it.”
The momentum shifted to the defensive line during group work. Room to run inside became scarce. Bradley was asked if too many offensive linemen ended up on the ground.
