One of the interesting questions going into the New York Jets game Sunday is whether the Jaguars are going to try to use rookie running back T.J. Yeldon in short yardage situations.
The Jaguars struggled in short yardage situations in London against Buffalo without using Yeldon and offensive coordinator Greg Olson didn’t rule out trying Yeldon in that role against the Jets.
It is unlikely the Jaguars will again find themselves with a first down on the one-yard-line Sunday.
But they will certainly be in short yardage situations and it will be interesting to see what strategy the Jaguars use this week.
