The Jacksonville Jaguars had been able to rely on kicker Josh Lambo this season as their most consistent player on offense. Now that the kicker has been officially listed as “questionable” for the game on Sunday against the Washington Redskins due to a groin injury, the team may need to rely on the running game and passing offense to score when given the opportunity.
The team also announced it had signed veteran kicker Kai Forbath on Friday as an insurance policy should Lambo not be able to kick at TIAA Bank Field. In his career with the Jaguars, which dates back to the middle of the season in 2017, Lambo has not missed a field goal at home.
