During Bye Week, I highlighted the Jaguars making their mark in franchise history during the 2023 season. While the season most definitely did not end the way we hoped or expected, let’s look at the players who achieved career highs, NFL records, and franchise records after Bye Week this season.
Travis Etienne became the first Jaguar to record at least ten rushing touchdowns since Maurice Jones-Drew in 2009 when he scored 15 rushing touchdowns. He also became the first Jaguar to record back-to-back 1,000+ yard seasons since Jones-Drew in 2010. Etienne ended the season with 11 touchdowns and tied his career-long touchdown during Week 17.
