Jaguars get first preseason victory, as defense dominates

The Jacksonville Jaguars arrived in the Twin Cities on Tuesday night for a week of joint events with the Minnesota Vikings, and left Saturday evening with their first preseason victory of 2018, beating the host Vikings 14-10.

It was the first time both conference championship runner-ups were able to display their new additions and 2018 rosters, as the game was broadcast nationally on NFL Network and both renowned defenses showed up and showed out in a big way.

Blake Bortles went 12/20 for 159 yards and a badly thrown interception to safety Harrison Smith.
