JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — While Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley is staying put, the same can't be said for some of his staff members.
The Jaguars fired defensive coordinator Bob Babich on Tuesday following the team's 30-6 season finale loss to the Houston Texans.
Babich was hired by Bradley when he took over the team's head coaching duties in 2013. Babich had previously served as the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach for the Chicago Bears.
Bradley and Babich worked together at North Dakota State when the latter was the Bison's head coach.
Babich's unit has ranked 27th, 26th and 24th in total defense over the last three seasons.
