Jaguars don't plan to use a fullback this season

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Shortly after the Jaguars selected Alabama running back T.J. Yeldon in the second round on Friday night, general manager Dave Caldwell said that he likes his team's current stable of running backs and the team does not plan to carry any fullbacks on the roster this season.

New offensive coordinator Greg Olson does not plan to use a fullback in his offense. Will Ta'ufo'ou has been the Jaguars fullback the past couple seasons, but he is currently a free agent.

Caldwell told reporters that there are 11 teams in the NFL that do not use a fullback.
