The Jaguars have 20 more days to hone their defense before the regular season begins against visiting Green Bay on Sept. 11. Through two preseason games, the offseason plan of general manager Dave Caldwell and coach Gus Bradley seems to be working well. First-year coordinator Todd Wash seems to have established a strong line of communication with the starting group.
The Jaguars have one more main test in the preseason —Sunday’s third preseason game against Cincinnati at EverBank Field — before the Packers will become the primary focus.
“Things are starting to come together,” Jaguars linebacker Paul Posluszny said.
