Jaguars defensive end Chris Clemons was the only player who didn’t report to EverBank Field this morning for the start of training camp.
Coach Gus Bradley called a, “clearly personal – all personal,” issue for Clemons and not a dispute about his potentially reduced role as a situational pass rusher.
“I can’t get too much into it; there are some personal things that he’s going through,” Bradley said. “I can tell you this: We’ve been in really good communication with him.”
Clemons missed all of the voluntary OTAs sessions in June before reporting for the mandatory mini-camp.
