In three seasons, Strong has started three games and caught 28 passes for 292 yards.
Strong was drafted as a third-round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft and failed to live up to his draft position. He was suspended for the Jacksonville game to open this season due to a 2016 arrest and failed to register a catch in Thursday night’s win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
