Jaguars announce off-season schedule starts April 18

The NFL announced the off-season schedules for its 32 teams today.

Phase One (starts April 18): The first two weeks of the off-season, limited to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation only.

Phase Two: The next three weeks – on-field workouts may include individual player instruction and team drills. No live contact or team offense vs. team defense drills permitted.

Phase Three: The final four weeks – teams can conduct 10 organized team activity workouts (OTAs). Permitted is 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills, but no contact. … The wrap-up is a mandatory mini-camp, the only mandatory part of the off-season program.
