A week after saying the Jacksonville Jaguars “quit” during a loss to the Chicago Bears, safety Andre Cisco cleared the air on his comments.
Following a win over the New England Patriots, Cisco clarified his eye-popping quote by saying it was more of a personal opinion than one held by the whole team.
“The general reaction was, ‘Were you talking about someone in particular,’” Cisco said. “Once that cleared the air, the conversations were productive. Obviously, I didn’t say it how I wanted to at the moment.
