Per the Jacksonville Jaguars, the team and offensive coordinator John DeFilippo have mutually decided to part ways after one season together.
The decision came down Monday morning as head coach Doug Marrone began meeting with his coaches to assess the team’s staff moving forward. This is the third assistant coach who has left the team so far. Scott Milanovich, the team’s quarterback’s coach, announced before the end of the season he was would become the head coach of the Canadian Football League’s Edmonton Eskimos, but wanted to stay with the Jaguars through the end of the season.
