The Jacksonville Jaguars are not starting Gardner Minshew for a reason.

Veteran Mike Glennon has been the Jacksonville Jaguars‘ starting quarterback the last two weeks. Even though the results with him at the helm have been mixed, head coach Doug Marrone announced after their Week 13 game that he would be making his third start of the season against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 14.
