Coming off their respective Bye Weeks, the Jacksonville Jaguars will face the Houston Texans in Week 9. Although both squads currently have identical 1-6 records, their make-up is very different. While the ‘Jags’ will go with rookie Jake Luton at quarterback, the Texans will be led by Deshaun Watson.
In his latest presser, Jaguars head coach Doug Marrone talked about the need to be able to do many things to try to stop Watson. Marrone mentioned that Watson can extend plays and has can shrug opposing players off. He went on to say the quarterback has a high level of confidence, a good arm, and is a threat to run the ball.
