Jacksonville Jaguars trade for quarterback Cody Kessler

With having only one quarterback on the roster for the Jacksonville Jaguars, it is no surprise the team had to address the quarterback position in one form or another this offseason. What may be a surprise is the move Jacksonville made on Wednesday in shoring up the position. The Jaguars have traded with the Cleveland Browns for quarterback Cody Kessler:

The quarterback was a third-round pick in the 2016 draft for the Browns, and starting eight games in Cleveland that year. In those eight games, Kessler had nearly a 66% completion percentage, and a 6 to 2 touchdown-to-interception ratio.
