Jacksonville Jaguars offense cools down, drop 2nd game of the year

For a slight moment, it looked like the Jacksonville Jaguars would score a lot of points and beat the Denver Broncos in Week 2. Instead, they lost 23-13.

The Jaguars were off to a good start, putting together a 73-yard, 11 play touchdown drive on their first possession. However, their offense quickly cool down and failed to score again despite the fact that they had several chances. The case could be made that the weather played a factor in the first half, as it started to rain. But that doesn’t take into account that the Broncos went on to score 23 points.
