With nine NFL seasons as an offensive coordinator under his belt, Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coordinator Greg Olson has had plenty of experience. He knows what works and what doesn’t and he knows how much effort it takes to turn in a winning performance consistently.
2015 was a breakout season for Jags quarterback Blake Bortles. Bortles led an offense that was finally able to put points on the board, turning in franchise records for passing yards and touchdowns en route to a high-water mark of 5-11 in the Gus Bradley era.
Olson’s presence helped Bortles turn in a much improved performance compared to a painful rookie season.
