The Jacksonville Jaguars lost to the New York Giants 22-12 on Saturday night in Week 2 of the preseason, putting the Jags at 1-1 so far.
But it isn’t the score that matters in the preseason. It’s all about staying healthy and getting some game situations on tape so the coaching staff can evaluate the team better.
For the Jaguars there were some key developments.
Blake Bortles looked sharp once again. He finished the night after leading three field goal drives. His final stat line reads 8/16 for 98 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions.
