Jacksonville Jaguars: Argument for trading for Eagles QB Carson Wentz

Due to the lack of appealing options in 2021’s free agency period, it’s believed the Jacksonville Jaguars will use a first-round draft pick in next year’s Player Selection Meeting to acquire a quarterback. However, they can always trade for one, and Carson Wentz of the Philadelphia Eagles may be available in the offseason.

Wentz was benched in favor of rookie quarterback Jalen Hurts in the Eagles’ 30-16 loss to the Green Bay Packers. The ‘Birds’ didn’t stop there and have announced that Hurts will be the starting signal-caller in Week 14 in order to provide a spark to a team that currently has a 3-8 record.
