The Jacksonville Jaguars had an excellent 2015 NFL Draft, bringing in five rookies who could contribute right away. That’s powerful for a team that is still struggling to overhaul a roster that was mismanaged for years before the arrival of current general manager Dave Caldwell.
Fortunately, with some solid drafts under his belt and an excellent free agency period, Caldwell can look at the Jaguars and see that they are trending upward.
Of course, it’s easy to say that when it’s early May and there haven’t been any workouts yet (rookie minicamp starts on Friday) or preseason games or surprise injuries.
