The Jacksonville Jaguars have lost by a humiliating margin for five weeks in a row. They are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs and have no answers for this dumpster fire.
As I watched the Jaguars game yesterday I heard play-by-play announcer Mark Schlereth mention more than once that the offense needs more versatility and better play calling. The endless runs up the middle and short passes are not winning football.
The Chargers defense knew the Jaguars could not throw deep passes (even with Gardner Minshew at quarterback) and played accordingly. He went on to mention the linebackers were struggling.
