2015 was supposed to be the year it was built. But then Dante Fowler Jr. never took a snap and the defense crumbled, becoming the biggest liability for a team that was more than capable of putting up points but couldn’t hold up against a stiff breeze.
Now with a rebuilt defense courtesy of free agency, the Jacksonville Jaguars look to the 2016 NFL Draft to find the finishing touches for their defenses.
