Tyson Alualu has a new look and possibly a new role for the Jaguars this year.
Alualu, who had worn long hair for almost a decade before deciding to cut it off the night before training camp, may become the Jaguars version of Refrigerator Perry.
The Jaguars are toying with the idea of lining him up in short-yardage plays as a blocking back because they don’t have a fullback.
They unveiled it for the first time in training camp Thursday and coach Gus Bradley indicated they are likely to look at him in that role in the preseason before deciding whether to utilize it.
