JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — In a unanimous vote, the proposed EverBank Field renovation bill passed the second of four committees, established to thoroughly vet the bill before a final vote by full city council next week.
The Recreational, Community Development, Public health & Safety Committee met for two-and-a-half hours Tuesday.
The Jacksonville Jaguars general council attended the meeting, answering questions about the proposal. Many of those questions specifically addressed who would pay for what and how they'd pay for it.
The $90 million dollar proposal boasts a new amphitheater, indoor practice/flex use facility, and new club level seating.
