JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- On the first day of mandatory veteran minicamp, the most consistent presence on the field was the heat.
In fact, the hot weather made such an impression on the Jacksonville Jaguars, that Head Coach Gus Bradley decided to address it when he met with the media.
"We usually don't talk about the heat at training camp, but I thought today would be a great time to talk about it with our team, just about, 'This is what you can expect in training camp and we have to be ready for it,'" said Bradley.
"I think the challenging part for our team, one we addressed yesterday in team meetings, was the time period from June 20th to July 27th, that time.
