Talk among players about Gus Bradley’s reputation, that Jacksonville is home to the Dr. Phil of NFL coaches, has been spreading around league locker rooms for two years. It’s no longer a well-kept secret.

Linebacker Dan Skuta received a Gus scouting report from good friend Cam Bradfield, the ex-Jaguars’ offensive lineman. Safety Sergio Brown first heard about Bradley’s unique approach midway through last season when former Jaguar Winston Guy joined the Indianapolis Colts.
