Hines-Allen suffered a concussion during the team's Week 4 matchup versus the Houston Texans. Prior to his early fourth quarter evaluation, Josh was leading the team with 5 quarterback pressures. De Travon Walker had 4 in the game, with Maason Smith, Yasir Abdullah, Esezi Otomewo, DaVon Hamilton, Jeremiah Ledbetter, and Arik Armstead all collecting 1 pressure each.
