JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A bill calling for upgrades and renovations at EverBank Field is expected to be voted on before the Jacksonville City Council next week.
That's after it cleared several committees, including the Land Use and Zoning Committee Tuesday.
The Jacksonville Jaguars general council attended the meeting, answering questions about the proposal. Many of those questions specifically addressed who would pay for what and how they'd pay for it.
The $90 million dollar proposal boasts a new amphitheater, indoor practice/flex use facility, and new club level seating.
The city and Jaguars owner Shad Khan would split the cost of the renovation.
