JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- In the NFL, those who are resilient survive.
Luckily for Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles, he has been able to overcome adversity throughout his short career.
The former No. 3 overall pick had "a case of the Mondays" to start this week's set of organized team activities, but turned things around on the practice field on Tuesday.
While the start to practice was a bit shaky, Bortles was able to lead several successful touchdown drives during team periods.
"He came back, I heard him in the huddle talking to players, and really it was a challenge to the whole offense to come back and it's competitive just like the two minute situation," said Jaguars Head Coach Gus Bradley.
