JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Jaguars signed eight players to the team's practice squad on Sunday.
Cornerback Peyton Thompson, safety Craig Loston, tight end Ben Koyack, defensive tackle Richard Ash, wide receiver Tony Washington, offensive guard Chris Reed, linebacker Todd Thomas and wide receiver Neal Sterling will join the team's practice unit.
Sterling and Koyack were seventh round picks this offseason, while Thompson, Loston and Washington were with the team last year. Ash, Reed and Thomas signed as undrafted free agents in May.
Two spots remain open on the practice squad. Defensive end Cap Capi has yet to sign with another team's practice squad after passing through waivers.
