Neal Sterling, one of the Jacksonville Jaguars’ two seventh round selections in the 2015 NFL Draft, signed with the team today.
Coming out of Monmouth University, Sterling is a big bodied receiver who has had success at the small school level. The Jaguars are hopeful they have managed to gain a gem late in the draft by bringing in Sterling. He could be used as a move tight end or at wide receiver. The team’s website boasts of Sterling being the second wide receiver in Monmouth history to be selected in the NFL Draft.
Neal Sterling certainly deserves it, too.
