The Jacksonville Jaguars weren’t very good last season but there five reasons for fans to be optimistic in 2021, including their revamped secondary.
The Jags new regime realized the secondary was one of the most glaring issues last season. Cornerbacks C.J. Henderson and Sidney Jones were solid, but the team lacked top-notch speed on the boundaries and at safety. The Jags were 27th in the NFL in total pass yards and passing touchdowns allowed in spite of allowing the sixth-fewest passing attempts.
