After a disappointing 2020 season, the Jacksonville Jaguars are making changes to the organization from top to bottom in order to turn things around. They moved on from Doug Marrone and hired Urban Meyer as their head coach. Also, they promoted Trent Baalke from director of player personnel to general manager.
Although Meyer and Baalke have their work cut out, they have plenty of things going for them.
