The Jacksonville Jaguars made major changes to coaching staff and front office this offseason. After all, it didn’t make sense for former head coach Doug Marrone and former general manager Dave Caldwell to oversee a rebuild since they were both responsible for the team’s 1-15 record last season. The Jags went big and instead of going with an NFL coordinator, they hired Urban Meyer as the new head coach. Also, they promoted director of player personnel Trent Baalke to general manager after holding the position on an interim basis in 2020.
