Bridget Carleton scored 22 points, one of three Cyclones to score in double figures, but it was not enough to beat TCU on Wednesday night.
The Iowa State women’s basketball team lost to the Horned Frogs, 72-62, in front of 9,983 at Hilton Coliseum. The Cyclones (11-8, 3-5 Big 12) have now lost four-straight games and showed they might be in trouble without junior guard Seanna Johnson at full strength.
Johnson was declared a game-time decision after she fell and injured her knee in the loss Baylor last Saturday. She started on Wednesday night, but scored just three points on 1-of-11 shooting.
