MANHATTAN, Kan. — Four Cyclones scored in double figures as the Iowa State women’s basketball team beat Kansas State, 84-79, at Bramlage Coliseum on Wednesday night.
ISU has now won seven-straight games to cap the month of December and is 9-3 overall (1-0 Big 12). The victory was also the Cyclones’ fourth-straight over the Wildcats (10-2, 0-1).
Seanna Johnson led the Cyclones with 20 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Jadda Buckley added 19 points and went 5-7 from 3-point land, while Bridget Carleton and Emily Durr scored 17 and 10, respectively.
The Cyclones return to Hilton Coliseum on Saturday, where they’ll host Oklahoma State.
