Iowa State guard Bridget Carleton earned Big 12 freshman of the week honors on Monday.
Carleton averaged 7.0 points and 11.5 rebounds against TCU and West Virginia last week. She set an ISU freshman record by grabbing 19 rebounds against TCU on Saturday. She also had 14 points, posting her fifth double-double of the season.
This is the fifth time she has won the award this season.
