Jadda Buckley fears very few things. The 5-foot-8 point guard isn’t afraid to drive the lane against some of the biggest and baddest post players in the Big 12. The redshirt sophomore doesn’t mind fighting for rebounds in the midst of high-paced play.
But for all the courage and spunk Buckley carries with her into each game, there might be one thing that scares her. Then again, that wording could be wrong, as she used the phrase “getting comfortable.”
“I don’t want to airball or brick a shot,” Buckley said. “I think it’s just a confidence thing, and getting comfortable with the tough shots.
