There would not be any Hilton Magic for the Iowa State volleyball team on Saturday afternoon. The fourth-ranked Cornhuskers would not allow it.
Nebraska topped the Cyclones, 3-1, inside Hilton Coliseum, trading the first two sets before the Huskers took the third and fourth.
For three sets, it was an extremely-competitive, back-and-forth match. Nebraska snagged the opening set, 25-23. ISU came back for the second, 25-21, before the Huskers fought back and took the third, 25-23.
The fourth set did not equal that of the previous three. Nebraska scored the first nine points before ISU found the scoreboard.
