The Iowa State offense is undergoing major change. Offensive coordinator Mark Mangino is out. Joel Lanning is in at quarterback.

Coach Paul Rhoads said much won’t change with the offense with Todd Sturdy taking over the play calling.

But things won’t be the same. The Cyclones weren’t running the same exact thing stuff with Sam Richardson at quarterback compared to when Lanning played.

There could be pending changes to the offense. In fact, it’s likely it will happen in terms of plays, formations and player usage going forward.
