This game had Cyclone fans (like myself) who had just returned from Maui feeling a little chilly.
The Cyclone offense moved the ball well in the first half.
Unfortunately, the Cyclone defense wanted no part of Kansas State’s offense for 3 quarters.
Kansas State ran all over the ‘Clones, thanks in part to the defensive line doing this once the ball was snapped.
In a bizarre sequence, the Cyclones got a touchdown nullified, missed a field goal, got 2 sacks, and muffed a punt before giving K-State the lead at half.
