DES MOINES — Monte Morris, once more with the game on the line, dribbled into a defense and found himself with a chance to save his fifth-ranked Iowa State men’s basketball team from defeat, lofting his signature floater toward the rim.
“I expected him to make it,” teammate Jameel McKay said.
