The Iowa State men’s basketball coaching staff is rounding into shape.
Assistant coach T.J. Otzelberger has been retained by new coach Steve Prohm and Daniyal Robinson will also be joining the staff, according to CBS Sports Network’s Jon Rothstein. The Ames Tribune had previously reported that Robinson was candidate for Prohm’s staff.
ISU assistant coach Cornell Mann will not be retained, according to a source. Mann was the longest tenured Cyclone assistant. ISU went to the NCAA tournament four years with Mann on staff.
Otzelberger rejoined this ISU staff this spring after a two-year stint at Washington.
