Monday was all about Iowa State’s senior trio of Georges Niang, Abdel Nader and Jameel McKay as the Cyclones honored them with a 58-50 win against Oklahoma State in their final game at Hilton Coliseum.
There’s another Cyclone, though, who may not take another bounce in Ames as well.
“This definitely could be my last game here,” ISU junior Monte Morris said.
The point guard will face a decision this spring about whether to go professional or return for his senior season. Morris has been candid for months that he would prefer to go the pro route if it’s readily available to him, but he has not come to any definitive conclusion.
