T.J. Otzelberger got about a 20 percent raise and the rest of Steve Prohm’s staff will all be making in excessive of $200,000 per year.
Iowa State released the contracts of its men’s basketball coaching staff Tuesday to the Ames Tribune via open records requests.
T.J. Otzelberger received a $45,000 raise from the contract he signed to return to ISU in April after two years at Washington and now will command a $275,000 salary, making him the highest paid assistant on staff. Otzelberger, who spent seven years at ISU under Greg McDermott and Fred Hoiberg, interviewed for the ISU head coaching job earlier this month that eventually went to Prohm.
