Steve Prohm has locked down one of the nation’s top point guards for the 2017 class in Oak Hill Academy star Lindell Wigginton. Let’s just say the last 24 hours have been another crazy lesson in how volatile recruiting can be. At one point yesterday, Wigginton seemed destined to go to Oregon and his crystal ball at 247Sports jumped all the way up to 100% for the Ducks, but here we are today.

Wigginton is the #53 overall player and #12 point guard in the 2017 class according to 247Sports composite rankings, and visited Ames the weekend of September 24th.
