First off, a game on ESPN+ will be interesting, obviously needing a subscription to watch. So, there will definitely be some uproar about that. A 2:30 kickoff is almost ideal, not too early, not too late. Although, primetime against the team out east would have been pretty cool. Getting the ABC slot is a step up from Fox Sports, all eyes will be on Ames, Iowa (maybe?).
Personally, I’m a huge fan of the Black Friday game. Iowa State is 1-0 all-time on Black Friday with a championship berth on the line. Both teams have a great chance be a top 4 team in the Big 12 at this point in the season and this very well could be a play-in game to the Big 12 Championship.
