After a banner year for the Cyclones in 2020, taking home Offensive Player of the Year (Breece Hall), Defensive Player of the Year (Mike Rose), Offense Newcomer of the Year (Xavier Hutchinson), and Defensive Freshman of the Year (Isheem Young), and claiming a whopping nine players on the Big 12 All-Conference First Team, the Associated Press confirmed what we already knew, placing four Cyclones on their All-American lists.
It should come as no surprise that Breece Hall checked in on the First Team, alongside Alabama’s Najee Harris, after a season which saw him lead the country in rushing with 1,436 yards in eleven games to add to his 19 rushing touchdowns, as well as his twenty-one catches for 170 yards and two touchdowns.
