Another Toledo coach is now a Cyclone.
Tyson Veidt was announced as the Iowa State linebackers coach on Wednesday. Veidt had spent the last two seasons coaching linebackers under new ISU coach Matt Campbell at Toledo.
All six staff members announced in the last several days previously coached with Campbell at Toledo.
“I am super excited to be a part of the Cyclone family with Coach Campbell,” said Veidt in a statement. “You certainly win with people and Coach Campbell knows the importance of that family.”
Veidt previously served as the head coach at Bluffton University from 2008-13.
